3 Dream Summer Vacations

As spring slowly, I mean slowly, comes to an end and everything starts to open back up I am starting to look ahead!

Part of summer for most includes a little or extravagant summer vacation. So I thought I would share three of my dream summer vacations. The first two are more on the reasonable side as someone who is already a US citizen and can freely travel to the first two destinations with out trouble. My third dream vacation would take a bit more planning including getting a passport.

So where do I want to go?

1. Wailea in Maui, Hawaii

First up is Maui Hawaii, specifically the area of Wailea on Maui and I picked this area and this island because all of the travel blogs I read said the area has the least amount of tourists. When Sean and I travel we prefer not to be too touristy… If that even makes sense… Even though we would be staying in a beach front hotel we like to see the city as locals most of the time.

6 Plus Size Swimsuits

It is starting to become beach weather here in Washington and one thing I’ve never really done is wear a swimsuit in public. With the ever expanding plus size fashion availability, swimsuits are becoming easier to find. When I was younger it was really hard to find a swimsuit that was actually designed with a plus size body in mind. Yes there were 2x and 3x swimsuits but the fabric was still cut for the shape of a standard size.

So today I found 6 plus size swimsuits that I really love.

Summer Dessert Recipes

When I think of summer desserts I often think of something that is light, airy, easy, and sometimes frozen. Who really wants a dessert that is heavy on your stomach when you are already uncomfortable in the summer heat. One top of that no one wants to turn their oven on 350 for very long when it is already 90 outside!

So here are some of my summer dessert recipe recommendations for you. Most of these came from Taste of Home 75 No-Bake Summer Desserts, so go check out that list!

What is summer with out a nice tall glass of cold lemonade as you sit in a lawn chair and soak your feet in a kiddie pool? Well.. it is still summer but a less enjoyable summer!

Lemonade has always been a summer staple for many people and sometimes, in my opinion, it can get boring… So I decided to collect a few lemonade recipes that are sure to change up your basic lemonade in something suited for a summer party.

Courtney’s House Update

Another month has gone by and I am starting to get back on track with everything. Sean has been back to work for two weeks now and even with everything starting to open back up it is still a little scary. Thankfully Sean’s work is taking guidelines seriously because they know some of the crew have vulnerable people at home. I am a little sad that we don’t get to spend as much time together but thing have to start to go back to normal again.

RV Accessory Wish List

As you know Sean and I recently got an RV and I posted about some of our RV Inspiration for when we start to fix it up a little. To no ones surprise I also have an Amazon wish list of accessories I want to buy for the RV. Planning a camping trip in a RV has made me realize that there are a few things that we don’t have because tent camping is a little bit different than going in an RV.

So below are my some of the items I have in my RV Accessory Wish List.

AHL 90pcs Blade Fuse Assortment $6.99

You always need back ups when it comes to fuses! This is more of a Sean wish list item because as far as we know everything in the RV is from when it was built in 1986.
