What is the cookbook challenge?

The Pioneer Woman Cooks: The New Frontier – 112 Fantastic Favorites For Everyday Eating
The breakfast parcels weren’t that big of a hit in this house. I do like the idea of breakfast potatoes and sausage all cooked together but I think this one missed the mark a little bit. Neither of use really liked the seasoning combination on this.
As part of the cookbook challenge I want to include some of my thoughts on the recipe.
- Did I change anything?
- Yes. Sean doesn’t eat eggs so they were out of the question for his serving and I added a little shredded cheese at the end.
- Was it harder than the instruction lead me to believe?
- No. The instructions in this cookbook are really easy with simple planned out steps and images.
Sean gave this recipe a 2 out of 5 stars. Stating, “Meh… not that good”
