Spring Clean Eating

Happy beautiful Sunday morning my gorgeous people! I hope you all have had a wonderful weekend! I spent some great quality time with my beautiful daughter and family and actually as you read this I am preparing to go help my Nana and Pappa with some chores. So today I figured I would share with you one of my goals. I want to eat clean this Spring!

So for some backstory a few years ago I found out I was allergic to like everything so I’m pretty much suppose to be a vegan but… I’M NOT. No shame against vegans it’s just not for me. I love meat and just suffer later after eating it but as part of my New Years Resolution this Spring I’m eating clean. Or as clean as I can.

Some of you might be asking why now and why am I sharing this information and the simple answer is … to hopefully to encourage others. So today I’ve gathered a list of Spring fresh fruits and Veggies to help myself and hopefully others know what they can start getting soon if part of your goal is to loss weight or if you just love fruit and veggies.

Fruits:
